08/15/09	Stage 4 Glen Alps Hill Climb 600 PM START	Start at Potter Marsh, up Rabbit Creek to top of Glen Alps.	10 miles	All Divisions - Mass start by divisions Start Order:  Experts, Masters, Sports, Beg., Jrs. By gender. Juniors and Beginners will finish at Firehouse at top of Rabbit Creek Road.
08/16/09	Stage 5 Downtown Road Race 900 AM START	Start/Finish will be determined.	EM - 2.5 hours plus 1 lap EW, MM, SM - 2 hours plus 1 lap SW, MW, BM - 1.5 hours plus 1 lap BW - 1 hour plus 1 lap JR - 1 hour plus 1 lap	Expert Men (Bonus Lap 10 & 20) Expert Women, Sport Men & Master Men (Bonus 10 &20) Sport Women & Master Women, Beg. Men (Bonus 10) Beg. Women Juniors PLEASE NOTE:  This is a NEW dowtown course.  Start/Finish is 16th & A.  Course route:  Proceed North on A street in the far west lane to 10th.  Take 10th West to C Street.  C Street South to Fireweed.  Fireweed East to A Street.  2.2 mile loop.
08/16/08	TOA Banquet Kincaid Chalet 4:30 PM	Kincaid Chalet	End of Raspberry	$6/person.  Kids eat free.  Pizza & beverages (beer too) included.
All divisions will race separately.
Final sprint bonuses will be awarded for both Road Races.  Finishing Primes – 1st place 15 seconds, 2nd place 10 seconds, 3rd place 7 seconds.         Intermediate time bonuses will be given- 1st place 7 seconds, 2nd place 5 seconds, 3rd place 3 seconds.
Online regsitration at www.arcticbikeclub.org - deadline 8/10/09. Pre-Registration at Chain Reaction Cycles 5-7pm Tuesday, 8/11/09.
Cost for TOA:  $50 on line or at pre-registration – August 11th (Chain Reaction 5-7PM) for entire series, $60 at Kincaid Prologue for entire series, $30 Juniors 18-13 for entire series.  $15 per individual race (no participation in breaks or sprints in RR's if not doing entire series)
